PE(A)H Series Microporous Tube Precision Filter (Upper and Lower Filter Elements)
1. The double-starter fluid production microfiltration tube is suspended in the quick-opening precision microporous filter body as the main filtration zone, and the auxiliary filtration zone with filter tube is installed on the bottom cover of pneumatic slag discharge at the bottom of the equipment or in two places.
A group of filter area structures is added to the filter area.
2. Macromolecular tube microporous filter, with the structure of large unit area and small area, mainly solves the problem of quickly filtering the material out of the filter through the upper main filter zone and the middle one.
Or the auxiliary filtration zone at the bottom can filter the machine leftovers at one time, avoiding the upstream and downstream batch number "mixed batches" of materials, especially for fine chemical or pharmaceutical plants and food factories;
3. Closed filtration, clean production; easy to operate, only a few valves are needed to open and close the pneumatic slag discharge port; the regeneration of the filter tube is convenient, and the regeneration of the filter tube by backblowing is very easy.
4. It has been widely used in the production of fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, etc. There are stringent batches, and the filter cake is large and dry. It can be finished as long as the backblow valve is opened.
